  • I am still receiving emails even though I unsubscribed

    You will not be sent any invitations for new surveys or projects; however, you may still be sent invitations for any existing surveys you were a part of. These will be ending shortly, so please ignore any emails you receive from us.

  • I forgot my login details

    If you can’t remember your password, you can reset it by clicking “Forgotten your password” under the login button. If you can’t remember which email address it is, then contact us at support@opinionpanel.co.uk and we can help.

  • How do I leave the panel?

    We’ll be sad to see you go, but if you do want to leave, drop us an email at support@opinionpanel.co.uk and we will close your account. You can also unsubscribe immediately by clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ text at the bottom of the last email you received from us.

  • Why was my account blocked/deactivated?

    Your account may have been blocked for several reasons:

    • If you’re not living/studying/applying to study in the UK
    • If you’ve been inactive for too long
    • If you haven’t completed your registration survey

     

  • I need to update my details

    You can easily update your details by logging in to your account, going to the ‘Profile & Surveys’ tab, and clicking on the ‘Update my details’ section.
